Reservations
It is never too soon to make your spa appointments. Please call or visit the spa in advance to make reservations for your
visit. At the time of your reservation, please have your credit card or gift certificate number available.
Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you to check in and enjoy the relaxation area.
Complimentary snacks, tea, and lemon water are available in the relaxation area.
Attire
Dress comfortably. Robes, sandals, and lockers are provided with multiple services. We also recommend bringing flip flop sandals to wear home after pedicure services.
During treatments, our practitioners are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy.
Valuables
Please refrain from wearing jewelry during your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Courtesy
In consideration of other guests, please turn off all cell phones and pagers while at the spa.
We request that children do not accompany you to the spa, unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
Cancellation
If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment; or if you fail to show for your appointment, you may be charged a service fee.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is necessary for any of our packages.
Gratuities
Our spa staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience.
Gratuities of 18-25% are customary and appreciated.
